1. Website Information
This Terms of Use agreement covers all uses of the website known as SNBI.Club. SNBI.Club is a platform to bring together buyers and sellers of firearms, ammo, and accessories. Neither SNBI.Club nor anyone running SNBI.Club holds a Federal Firearms License. Neither SNBI.Club or any of its owners, members, or shareholders, will ever be an intermediary or third-party to any transaction between SNBI.Club members. SNBI.Club does not offer escrow services and does not hold money, items or otherwise assist in the transaction between users.
2. Permitted Use Statement

This Permitted Use Policy outlines the acceptable use of SNBI.Club. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2.1 Permitted Use of SNBI.Club
SNBI.Club is an online platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers for the sale or trade of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Users of SNBI.Club may:
List firearms, ammunition, and accessories for sale or trade.
Browse, inquire about, or purchase items listed by other users.
Communicate with other users regarding potential sales or trade.
Every person listing anything for sale is solely responsible complying with local, state, and federal law.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
- Listing items or engaging in transactions that are illegal under federal, state, or local laws. SNBI.Club cannot monitor every listing and ensure compliance since we are a platform for connecting people and the items listed are not for sale by SNBI.Club. If SNBI.Club is made aware of any listing that violates a local, state, or federal law, we will look into the alleged violation and give the seller the opportunity to prove that the listing does comply with all local, state, and federal laws. If SNBI.Club determines that the listing does violate local, state, or federal law, SNBI.Club will remove the listing. SNBI.Club has discretion to ban any user that lists an item that violates a local, state, or federal law. There is no se threshold resulting in a ban.
- Engaging in a sale that federal law requires involvement of an Federal Firearms License dealer without doing so. It is your responsibility to do comply with all laws. We hold no responsibility for your actions and decisions. We will not facilitate illegal sales, including sales without the involvement of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) where required by law. While ensuring that your transaction complies with all laws, we cannot, and will not, turn a blind eye to members who engage in illegal practices. If you complete a sale that should have gone through an FFL, the consequences are on you.
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any other unlawful activity. Sell, advertise, or promote any illegal items, counterfeit goods, or restricted products that do not comply with applicable laws.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory or discriminatory. SNBI.Club is not woke. We will not ban "hate speech". If you make defamatory or discriminatory comments to others, you will likely be banned.
- Promoting or encouraging violence, illegal activity, or harm.
- Violation of any intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in any activity that could interfere with, disrupt, or harm the functioning of SNBI.Club or its users, including but not limited to:
- Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from SNBI.Club without permission.
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional materials.
3. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SNBI.Club and any transactions you participate in comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to firearm and ammunition sales, shipping restrictions, and age requirements.
Federal Firearms License (FFL): Buyers and sellers must comply with all laws related to the transfer of firearms, including the use of a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) where required by law.
Shipping Laws: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping and transfer of firearms, ammunition, and accessories are legal in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
4. User Accountability
You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions on SNBI.Club. SNBI.Club is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and does not:
All users are encouraged to conduct transactions through legal, licensed channels and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Keep in mind that if the person you sell to ends up begin a felon who cannot own a gun, you will not feel “innocent until proven guilty” because you will basically have to prove that you did not know the other person had a felony record and could not own a gun.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user is engaging in prohibited activities or violating this Permitted Use Policy, you may report the violation by contacting us at report@snbi.club.
6. Indemnification and Disclaimer of Liability
6.1 Indemnification
By using SNBI.Club, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SNBI.Club harmless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Website: Any content you submit, post, or otherwise transmit through the Website, including but not limited to any claims relating to the accuracy or legality of listings, interactions, or transactions on SNBI.Club.
Your violation of these Terms: Any breach or violation of these Terms of Use, the Permitted Use Policy, or any other policies provided by SNBI.Club.
Your violation of law or third-party rights: Any violations of applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and firearm transaction laws.
Your participation in any transaction: Any dispute arising from a sale, trade, or purchase initiated or completed via SNBI.Club, including but not limited to claims related to the transfer, ownership, safety, and legality of firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
6.2 Disclaimer of Liability
SNBI.Club provides a platform to facilitate connections between buyers and sellers of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. However, SNBI.Club is not responsible for the actual transactions that occur between users. As such, SNBI.Club disclaims all liability, if any, for:
User Conduct: SNBI.Club does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the actions of users. All interactions and transactions between users are conducted at their own risk.
Accuracy of Listings: SNBI.Club does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listings or content provided by users. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Transactions and Payment: SNBI.Club is not involved in the sale, transfer, or trade of any products, including firearms, ammunition, or accessories. We are not responsible for any disputes, errors, or issues arising from transactions between users, including non-payment, incomplete sales, or fraudulent activity.
Legal Compliance: SNBI.Club does not guarantee or verify that any transactions comply with federal, state, or local laws. It is the responsibility of buyers and sellers to ensure all transactions are conducted legally and through proper channels, including the use of licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) when required by law.
No Warranty: SNBI.Club is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use SNBI.Club at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNBI.Club, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any transactions conducted through the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6.3 Limitation of Claims & Choice of Law
Any claims or disputes arising out of your use of SNBI.Club must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or such claim will be permanently barred. Oklahoma shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims. You agree that all liability, if any, shall be limited to the sum total of all amounts claimant has paid SNBI.Club and no more.

SNBI.Club may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SNBI.Club. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access these sites at your own risk.
7. Disruption of Service
SNBI.Club strives to provide continuous and uninterrupted access to its platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or free from interruptions. You acknowledge and agree that:
Scheduled Maintenance:We may need to perform scheduled maintenance or updates to improve the platform, which may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
Unscheduled Downtime:SNBI.Club may experience unexpected outages or interruptions due to technical issues, server failures, or other unforeseen problems. We will work diligently to restore access as quickly as possible but do not guarantee immediate resolution.
Force Majeure:SNBI.Club will not be liable for any disruption, delay, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Third-Party Services:SNBI.Club relies on third-party service providers (such as web hosting, payment processors, and data services) to operate the platform. We are not responsible for any interruptions or downtime caused by failures of these third-party services.
Security Incidents:In the event of a security breach or attack (e.g., denial-of-service, hacking, or malware), SNBI.Club may need to temporarily suspend access to ensure the security of the platform and its users. We will make efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Limitation of Liability:To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNBI.Club shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from any disruption or suspension of service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
User Responsibility:Users are responsible for ensuring they have alternative means of accessing their information or conducting transactions should the platform experience downtime. SNBI.Club is not responsible for any lost opportunities or financial loss caused by disruptions.
8. Length and Termination of Service
8.1 Length of Service
By creating an account on SNBI.Club, you agree that your access to the platform and its services will continue indefinitely unless terminated by either you or SNBI.Club in accordance with these Terms.
Your subscription and access to SNBI.Club are subject to annual renewal unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The subscription begins at the end of the 7-day free trial and renews annually at the current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
8.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by following the instructions within your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at [Your Support Email]. Upon termination:
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be billed.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
If you cancel after the first 14 days of your annual subscription, no refund will be issued, and your access will continue until the end of your current subscription term.
8.3 Termination by SNBI.Club
SNBI.Club reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of Terms: If you violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to our Permitted Use Policy or any applicable law.
Fraudulent Activity: If we detect or suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity associated with your account.
Cancellation: Voluntary cancellation of your account will be effective immediately.
Failure to Pay: If your subscription payment fails or is not received, SNBI.Club may suspend or terminate your access to the platform until payment is made.
8.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account:
You will immediately lose access to your account and all associated content, including any listings, transaction history, and communications.
Refund: No refunds will be given except for a 50% refund within 14 days of the subscription renewal date.
SNBI.Club reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after the account is terminated.
8.5 Changes to Services
SNBI.Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or its services at any time, including but not limited to:
Adding or removing features.
Changing subscription rates or billing cycles (with notice to subscribers).
Implementing usage limits or restrictions.
You will be notified of any material changes to the services or pricing in advance, and such changes will take effect upon your next billing cycle. SNBI.Club agrees to provide at least a 14-day notice before the effective date of any material changes to services or pricing.
8.6 Survival of Terms
Certain provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution, will survive the termination of your account or access to the platform.
